You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.
- The item must be defective, damaged during delivery, or not as described.

3. Return Process
Once your return is approved, we will arrange for the item to be picked up or guide you through the return process. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
4. Refunds
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed as:
- Cash refund on return pickup, or
- Replacement of the same product, depending on product availability.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Used or damaged items due to customer handling
- Requests made after the 3-day window
